Mission Statement
DFCC’s mission is to powerfully equip its partners to eradicate systemic causes of poverty in targeted low-income communities.
Vision
To build a coalition of individuals, businesses, schools, community organizations, faith based initiatives and faith groups working in partnership with the public sector and the city of Dallas at large to generate a visible and sustainable impact upon West Dallas’ quality of life.
To make use of key West Dallas building blocks - effective community organizations, clear geographic boundaries, limited turf issues, committed community residents and the presence of necessary resources including nearby employment, available land, natural amenities, and public infrastructure improvements, all of which contribute to successful community redevelopment.
